Welcome to Archvio . This License Agreement outlines the terms under which you may use any assets including but not limited to photos, videos, music, sound effects, illustrations, and graphics downloaded or purchased from our platform. By downloading, purchasing, or using any Asset from Archvio, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this License Agreement.
1. Overview of License Types
We offer two types of licenses for our Assets:
- Standard License – For general personal and commercial projects.
 - Extended License – For large-scale commercial use, including resale in end products.

2. Standard License
2.1. Permitted Uses
- Websites, blogs, and online content
 - Digital and print advertisements
 - Social media posts and marketing materials
 - Presentations and company materials
 - Film, video, and broadcast projects (up to 100,000 views or impressions)
 - Mobile apps, software UI, or game use (non-resalable)
 - Modifying Assets to suit your design needs (e.g., cropping, color adjustments, overlays, text additions)

2.2. Limitations
- Resell, redistribute, or share the Asset in any way — including uploading it to other platforms, file-sharing services, or selling as part of a digital collection is prohibited.
 - Use the Asset in any end product for resale (e.g., stock templates, merchandise, digital prints).
 - Claim ownership or authorship of the original Asset.
 - Use the Asset in any trademark, logo, or brand mark without obtaining the Extended License.
 - Use the Asset in AI model training, neural networks, or any machine learning datasets.
 - Use the Asset in a defamatory, pornographic, or illegal context.

2.3. Ownership
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Asset as permitted. All copyrights remain the sole property of Archvio or the original creator.
3. Extended License
3.1. Permitted Uses
The Extended License includes all rights granted under the Standard License, plus additional permissions for large-scale or commercial resale contexts. You may use the Asset for end products for sale, such as:
- Merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.)
 - Print-on-demand items
 - Digital products, templates, or software (where the Asset adds value but is not the main value)
 - Commercial video productions with unlimited distribution or broadcast reach
 - Apps, games, or downloadable products with unlimited installations
 - Branding and trademark use (as long as the Asset is significantly modified and not used in a way that implies exclusive rights)

3.2. Limitations
- Do not resell, share, or redistribute the original Asset as-is or in a way that allows others to extract or reuse it.
 - Do not use the Asset to create a competing stock product or repository.
 - Do not claim the Asset as your own work or representation.
 - Do not use it in contexts violating laws, or for offensive, misleading, or discriminatory purposes.

3.3. Ownership
The Extended License remains non-exclusive and non-transferable. You do not acquire ownership of the Asset; you only gain the right to use it under the conditions of this Agreement.
4. Prohibited Uses (Apply to All Licenses)
Regardless of license type, you cannot:
- Resell, sublicense, or share the original or modified Assets in any form.
 - Use Assets in a way that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
 - Register any Asset or derivative work as a trademark or service mark.
 - Use Assets for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All Assets remain the intellectual property of Archvio and/or the respective content creator. No ownership rights are transferred through this Agreement. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license and possible legal action.
6. Liability
Archvio and its contributors shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from your use of an Asset. It is your responsibility to ensure your usage complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights (e.g., models, trademarks, or property releases).
7. Termination
This License Agreement terminates automatically if you violate any terms herein. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Asset and destroy any copies in your possession.
